I want you to love your piece as much as I do! Standard catalog pieces may be returned for a partial cash refund, less a return and restocking fee, or exchanged for full store credit. Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned; however, if the completed piece differs significantly from the approved mockup, I will issue store credit or remake the piece to match the agreed design!
